Lizzy was engaged by our medical organisation as a HR Consultant at a time of major growth and development in 2008. The business was redesigning overall objectives and expanding scope of practice and needed a complete staffing overhaul.
Lizzy was required to assess existing staff capabilities and identify talent gaps against new business objectives.
As an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of Australian legal framework and working practices, the required staffing changes were made with minimal disruption and managing employee integrity as a priority.
Following this initial workplace change period, Lizzy has been instrumental in ensuring employee retention.
